The studio and the service
Nimantrana creates art-led digital wedding invitations. We personalise designs from our collections and take on original commissions with a scope agreed for the particular project. These terms explain the general website and service arrangements; a written quote or project confirmation records the details of your own invitation.
Enquiries and purchases
Browsing a collection or sending an enquiry does not complete a purchase. We respond personally and share a purchase link after discussing your invitation. The website does not provide an automatic checkout.
Before paying, ask us to confirm the price, the design and personalisation included, the delivery plan, any revisions, the domain and hosting arrangements, and any cancellation or refund conditions. These are project-specific matters; this page does not promise a fixed price, turnaround, revision allowance or refund outcome.
The content you provide
Please check names, dates, times, addresses and other invitation wording carefully, and provide content you have permission to use. This includes photographs, family information, artwork and any references supplied for incorporation into the finished invitation.
You retain your rights in content you supply. You allow us to use that content for the agreed invitation work and publication. Tell us before publication if any information or image should remain private. The final content and the intended sharing audience should be agreed before an invitation is released.
Designs, previews and permitted use
The collection previews help you choose a design. Your finished invitation uses the names, content and scope agreed for your project, so it may differ from a demonstration.
The site’s logos, artwork, layouts and collection materials are presented for viewing and choosing an invitation. Browsing does not grant permission to copy, resell or repackage them as your own design collection. The agreed purchase or commission defines the use of your finished invitation and any deliverables.
Links, domains and QR codes
A personalised domain may be shaped around your names, subject to availability and the arrangements confirmed for your project. Registration, renewal, hosting and any later changes should be confirmed before purchase; no permanent hosting or guaranteed exact-name availability is promised by this page.
An invitation link or QR code can be forwarded. Public invitation content can be viewed by others who receive it. Share only the information you intend guests to see.
Calendars and external services
Where a Google Calendar connection is offered, each guest chooses their own Google account and grants permission before events are added. The feature does not list unrelated events or share a guest’s calendar with the couple. Dates, times and venues come from the invitation, and any estimated reminder window should be identified as an estimate.
Google, map providers, hosting services and payment providers operate independently. Their availability, permissions, device behaviour and terms may affect a guest’s experience. A calendar reminder or map link does not replace checking the latest details with the hosts.
Corrections and changes
If you notice an error or need a change, contact the studio promptly. Work outside the agreed scope, changes after approval and ongoing support arrangements should be discussed for the individual project. We do not promise an unconfirmed number of revisions or a support period here.
Using this website respectfully
Please do not submit misleading enquiries, attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with the site or reuse its material without permission. Use the previews and links for their intended invitation-related purpose.
We aim to keep the website accurate and usable, but third-party service interruptions or technical issues may occur. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
